About Havana Event Rental Services
Havana Event Rental Services is a party rental company based in Eastvale, California. Since 2025, we've been setting up tables, chairs, canopies and linens for backyard parties, weddings, quinceañeras, church events and school functions all over the Inland Empire.
Havana is owned and run by Nick Cardenas.
Our goal is simple. Show up on time, bring clean equipment that's ready to use, and make your day a little easier. A lot of our customers book with us again for their next event, and many of them found us because a friend or family member sent them our way. We don't take that for granted.
What we rent
- 1,500 chairs: white and brown resin padded chairs, plus white folding chairs
- 325 tables: 60 inch rounds, 6 ft and 8 ft rectangles, and 30 inch cocktail tables
- Tablecloths in white and ivory
- Frame canopies from 10x20 up to 20x40
- Market umbrellas and patio heaters
From a 20 guest birthday to a 500 guest wedding, we have enough tables and chairs to cover it.

Upland, Rancho Cucamonga, Ontario, Chino, Chino Hills, Eastvale, Jurupa Valley, Corona and nearby cities. Not sure if we cover your area? Give us a call.
How it works
- Build your quote. Pick your items and quantities on our site. No payment needed.
- We call you. Nick will reach out to confirm your date, the details and delivery.
- We deliver and pick up. We drop everything off before your event and come back for it after. Setup is available if you want it.
